How does a change in voice occur?
Anything which affects the pitch, loudness and quality of voice is said to be a voice disorder. Changes in the voice can occur due to:
- Vocal nodule and polyp
- Vocal cord palsy
- Excessive screaming and shouting
- Laryngeal cancer
- Spasmodic dysphonia
